Dr.-Ing. Maximilian Lübke

Research associates Chair of Smart Electronics and Systems

Address

Cauerstraße 7-991058 Erlangen

Maximilian graduated with honors with a master’s degree in electrical engineering-electronics-information technology in November 2018, building on his bachelor’s degree in medical engineering. From February 2019, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Electronics Engineering in the Circuits, Systems and Hardware Test (CST) team until February 2022, when he moved to the Chair of Electrical Smart City Systems. His current research interests include biosignal processing, combined radar and communication systems, and circuit and radio frequency design, particularly for automotive applications. He received his doctorates in August 2023 with distinction and was appointed as a temporary academic councilor in September of the same year. Dr. Lübke has also headed the Radio Propagation, Technologies and Networks group since September. He is a member of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society, Communications and Vehicular Technology Society.

Since 09/2023 Academic councillor (for a limited period) and Group Leader of the Radio Propagation, Technologies and Networks Group at the Institute for Smart Electronics and Systems, 08/2023 Graduation to Dr.-Ing. at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg (PhD-thesis: “Joint Communications & Radar Sensing: Analyse der physikalischen Schicht”), 02/2022-08/2023 Researcher, Teaching Assistant and PhD Student at the Institute for Smart Electronics and Systems, 02/2019-02/2022 Researcher, Teaching Assistant and PhD Student at Institute for Electronics Engineering, 03/2016-11/2018 M.
