Diese erm\u00f6glichen es Schaltungen bis zu Frequenzen von 325 GHz zu charakterisieren. <br><br>Dar\u00fcber hinaus stehen das EWL Massive MIMO-Labor, das Chaos 6G-Labor, das XR-Lab, das Open
