Using a leader-follower drone scenario, we developed a predictive algorithm to optimize reliability and task performance D2D communications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Findings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We developed a customized outage probability model to handle packet losses.<\/li>\n<li>Our model ensures that drones maintain formation and complete tasks, even with intermittent communications disruptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why this is important:<\/strong><br \/>\nReliable communications is critical for the success of collaborative robotics in industries like urban surveillance, delivery systems, and autonomous vehicles.
