Philipp Wiedemann begann 2014 das Bachelorstudium der Elektrotechnik an der FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, welches er dort im Master weiterführte und im März 2021 mit dem Schwerpunkt Informationstechnik abschloss. Seit April 2021 arbeitet er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Intelligente Technische Elektronik und Systeme (vormals LTE) im Team Radio Communications Systems – High Power Applications, das er seit Januar 2025 leitet.
